Great leaders create great crew create great moments.

A great leader makes a great vessel. During my days onboard I had a very great experience encountering great leaders which is both my chief mate and my captain. My first 3 month was one of the crucial and great experience I have ever encounter because of my C/O. As a cadet , I am impressed with good leadership he had shown to me and as a cadet it was a great honour serving him.

This is my 2nd "Janda/Widow" 

There is this situation which happens in Sri Racha Terminal in Thailand where our No5 Stbd Cargo Pump gasket burst , causing leakage of Diesel Oil on deck. This is only realised by the duty AB as he was doing his rounds. Oil Spill onboard a vessel is a very serious case which might cause a ship to be detained in a port and officers to be held responsible .Right after that the AB quickly infrom my C/O which present in the CCR. My C/O quickly take charge of the situation by stopping the cargo pump and ask all crew to wakie wakie to clean the spillage and fix the broken gasket. Instead of just delegate the changing of the gasket to the boatswain and the crew he , himself help to change the broken gasket with all the crew and clean the oil spillage on deck. We manage to kept the oil spill onboard without any leakage to sea with the scupper plugs. There's no traces of oil seen on the surface of the water that day at all. This shows that officer not only must be able to give orders but he must also shows a good example to the crew on how to handle a crucial and emergency situation onboard.

Another story I would like to share with you guys is my Sarawakian Capt . He has been one of the best captain I've sailed with. Not only because of his attitude but also his skills in solving many sorts of problems encountered onboard. He is a former MISC Chief mate before decided to resigned and join this company. He is very strict when it comes to work. Everything must be in good order and smooth including cargo operation ,  deck maintainance , food , crews welfare but when it comes to relax time , he drops his captain tittle to mix with the crews and get to know the crew well. He's friendly type captain whom hangs out with all crew. He often do weekly checks upon his vessel and crews. He double check every work performed by his C/O and doesn't simply put every cargo jobs upon C/O hands. He regularly confronts engine room department to discuss regarding engine room problems with the engine crew. This is one of the good examples which might come usefull for me in the future for not only considers on deck department but as well as the engine side as I'm not only incharge of the deck but also incharge of the engine department as well. All the crew were pleasant with his attitude , skills and experience he had shown making the ship a home-like experience.

Last but not least , I would like to share upon all the crews onboard my ship which makes me feel welcomed and ease onboard. This was the 2nd time I celebrated Hari Raya here and I have never feel sad during that particular celebration because of all the crew. My AB and boatswain shares with me every knowledge and experience they had and because of that I'm gratefull to be one of the crew. 

Organize/organise in my POV .

Assalamualaikum everyone , we met again in my blog . As for today I would like to share to you guys about a term which is I think its very interesting and quite important .  This term commonly use in society , country and even in a company itself. The term is "Organize"

Accoding to google Organize means that arrange something into systematically order . To think about it , without this term applies in our daily life the world would be absolutely in chaos . We would not be able to prioritize our daily works or chores which makes feel uncomfortable and led to many kind of problems. As for me I absolutely hate complicated things. IF you know me in real life that is my attitude. To avoid this complicated things , I would simply just organize my life properly and carefully.

For today , I would like to share with you guys something I learn from this website , www.lifehacks.com on how to properly organize and manage your life.

•  Prepare a notebook or simply make utilize your note inside your mobile phone. Write down everything you need to remember there.
• Make schedule for everything and DEADLINES ! Deadlines is as important as schedule because many people manage to plan everything but they failed to set some certain deadlines. Deadlines were made so that you wont procrastinate and able to finish your task before the due date. By before I mean not exactly the same with the actual due date! You should have time to review back your work for proof reading and simply to correct any simple mistakes that you've made.

• Don't ever procrastinate !! Procrastinate nowadays a disease experienced by many people . Procrastination is when you feel comfortable with your work and  you decide to give a break on not completing that particular work because you thought it can be completed within your deadlines. Don't! Once you start doing it try to complete it ASAP. Don't wait. Finish it as you might now know what problems you will encounter  upon completing your task.

• Delegate Responsibilities , If you find a hard task with great amount of workload , you must take into consideration to delegate responsibilities to your colleagues , friends or family. This moreover can reduce the workload as well as ease your job and mind . Delegate duties also proven to help you to reduce the amount of stress particuarly in that certain jobs.
  

In conclusion , an organize person is much more easier to work with and respected by a lot of people. Take a step of change today to completely change your life by start organizing stuff . You might be able to save a lot of "Random access memory" on your brain when you start organizing stuff. 

Idola ke ?

   

Salamat bossku ! Its been a while since I last posted here. So hari ni aku nak share sikit tentang orang yg paling aku idola. Menurut Kamus Dewan Bahasa Dan Pustaka , Idola adalah seseorang atau benda yang disanjung sanjung oleh seseorang ataupun masyarakat. So sebab apa dia disanjung? Mesti kena ada valid reason kan. Takkan orang saja saja nak sanjung. Mesti ada sumbangan yang dia buat sampai orang tu sanjung dia . Sebagai Contoh , Kita boleh lihat Tokoh seperti Tun Mahathir merupakan idola masyarakat majmuk di Malaysia kerana sumbangan nya yang terdahulu mengharumkan nama Malaysia bukan sahaja di benua asia , bahkan di seluruh dunia. 

Okay habis cerita pasal definisi idola , so frankly , aku memang tak ada idola yang aku sanjung sebab aku jenis orang yang ambil yang jernih buang yang keruh. Mesti korang nak tahu sebab apa kan ?

Kalau korang tak nak tahu pun aku nak jugak bagitahu kenapa aku macam tu . First and foremost , Manusia ni tak sempurna , banyak cacat dan cela nya . Ada orang bagus di duniawi tapi akhirat dia gagal .  Ada yang bagus di akhirat tapi gagal di duniawi. Begitu lah cerita dia. Jadi buat apa perlu kita nak sanjung bermati matian . Hanya sekadar Yang baik dijadikan tauladan yang buruk dijadikan sempadan. 

Jadi aku nak share sedikit orang yang kita boleh jadikan tauladan , yang pertama :-

From what I see from Hitler is his courage on starting the 2nd WW even dalam perang dunia pertama beliau sendiri turut saksikan kekalahan German dalam perang dunia yang pertama namun masih teguh dan berkeras memulakan perang dunia yang kedua. Tidak pernah serik walaupun berdepan dengan 3 Kuasa besar pada masa itu , USSR , UK & USA. Pada awal permulaan perang kita dapat saksikan taktik perang dengan barang kombat yang effektif Berjaya menawan sebahagian dari Russia namun begitu , akibat dari beberapa kerakusan dan stratergi yang tak menjadi . German terpaksa akur dengan kekalah kepada Allied Force. Jadi apa yang aku nak tunjuk kat sini keberanian dia , dan kelantangan dia dalam memujuk rakyat untuk berjuang.

Jadi beliau merupakan antara golongan pencetus gerakan equality among US citizen dengan cara keamanan tanpa pertumpahan darah.

After the last vetting which turns out to be successfull , we had planed to do barbecue , but due to the tight schedule , the barbecue had been postponed . It was on the 06th december we did our barbecue on our way to Banjar Masin Port. It was a very magnifique experience

My experience onboard JM Sutera 2

Every student of Akademi Laut Malaysia will required to go for their Sea Phase Training during our second year as per Malaysian Marine Department.We must complete at least 1 year of seatime to enable us to join ALAM as seniors after that.

As a self paid student , I with help from my friends apply many shipping company as deck cadet. I've send many emails to shipping company and CST BELCHEM from Singapore had replied me as they required deck cadet.

I was assigned to JM Sutera 2  , A chemical Tanker ship. JM Sutera 2 was managed by Belchem but the real owner is Jasa Merin from Malaysia. The cadet allowance there is quite dissappointing as I thought that they will give me more . But the most important thing is i'm forever gratefull with the chances given by the company.

      Sepatu kolaberasi Fashionista terkenal Yohji Yamamoto sama adidas ni bikin gua "jizz" banget.

Zaman sebelum Masdo (GAYA INDIE GAYA SAYA)

     Tahun 2008 merupakan mekar nya tahun untuk band band indie tempatan . Sebelum ada nya Masdo yang power tu , zaman 2008 ni banyak lagi band band yang power power kalau korang nak tahu. 

    Zaman ni la zaman masa korang kenakan pakaian kasut vans kotak kotak tu , converse yg dah pudar , rambut macam noh hujan yg lama tu . Kalau teringat balik memang kelakar and macam sakai pun ada . Tapi itu adalah zaman yang terbaik pernah aku rasa. Naik Ktm pergi KL semata nak tengok GIG , nak beli merch , nak beli baju diorang. Dah paling hipster dah la masa tu. haha.

Tapi hari ni bukan aku nak share pengalaman aku , instead aku nak share dengan korang lagu lagu yang pernah top or famous dan band during those days. LEGGO !

Yang paling aku minat sekali ada satu band ni dari Aloq Setar baq ang . Ada orang panggil band ni Arctic Monkeys Malaysia . Tapi  nama betul dia adalah THE BOURJUIS !! Antara Lagu yg famous , Warm Liking Song dan Coshman. Ni link dia di utube

Next , asal nya band ni adalah The Lipstick during those days , ni pun band fav gua gak. Tapi dia dah kembali dengan nafas baru dan nama baru. Masdo ! antara lagu yang famous adalah , Teruna dan Dara , Malam Pesta Rock and Roll and now lagu baru diorang Bunga !

Seterus nya , gua nak share band THE TIMES . Band ni dah wujud dari 2004 and berasal dari KL. Legend jugak the times ni. Menjadi kegilaan Muda mudi di zaman itu. Antara lagu yg sedap "Gadisku Dalam Koma" . Korang boleh usha album 2008 diorang Modern Minimalis Glamour.

Last but not least , band KOMPLOT . Band ni terkenal dengan kugiran yang menyajikan lagu bersertakan dengan saxophone. Memang ngam sui sui . Antara lagu yang terkenal adalah , Nora Zen , komflik metropolis dan banayk lagi. Usha di utube guys.

So today I would like to share to you guys about this game which I currently playing which is called RULES OF SURVIVAL.So this game was developed by NetEase Games which is a Chinese Internet company founded in 1997. This game was released on the 14th November 2017 which means this game is quite new on the market but the reception from the gamers. On ios only this game has been rated with 4.5 out of 5 stars. This game can be considered as one of the best battle royal game on mobile phone at the moment. This game also similar with the PUBG ( Player Unknown Battle Ground) which you can only play using PC.

Synopsis about the game :-

Rules of Survival is a Battle Royale game which pits 120 players against each other in an island. Players are dropped off an airplane and must find weapons and supplies to survive.
