Oh,
Valentine's Day. Sometimes it can be the best day in the world filled with
chocolate, cards, and love. On the other hand, it can also be filled with
loneliness, darkness, and hatred. If you find yourself alone this Valentine's
day, don't be sad! You will be able to do whatever you want.
You don’t have a date for V-Day? Quit whining. There are people out there with no moms on Mother’s Day and no dads on Father’s Day. They have more of a reason to cry than the fact that you won’t receive 3,500 calories worth of chocolate bought at a Supermarket a day before. Just because you’re alone on V-Day doesn’t mean you will be alone forever. So for now, cherish the fact that you don’t have to spend much money on Victoria’s Secret or Hennes&Mauritz and feel the pressure to make the day ridiculously romantic and special plus some fancy candle night dinner on top of anywhere in this world.
Even if you’re all grown up, you can still make V-Day special for your parents. They're the real one who loves you unconditionally. So buy your mom a recipe book so that she can improve in her cooking skills, and your dad a pair of shoe so that
he can use this weapon to hit you when you make any mistakes. Once we began to become matured at certain age, we forgot that they are parents were still there. We cared more about giving everyone unnecessary attentions than the most important people. Through heartbreaks and emotional roller coaster rides, they were always there on Valentine’s Day and you definitely going to regret if they don't show up the next year. So I would say single or not, don’t forget about them this year.
Whether this is your first or 20th V-Day spent single, don’t fret, because you still have your friends. Plan a nice dinner out together, get all dressed up, then drink, drink, DRINK. Don’t go somewhere romantic either instead go for night clubs. Go to Bangsar and fill up your tummy. Get some tequila and slam back saki bombs until you forget your name. Seems it's Valentine grab this Singletons bottle and celebrate your Single's Day with your tons of friends. Just go have a genuinely good time with the people who loves you. What ever you do just don’t feel the need to Instagram/Snapchat the whole thing just to prove(and your ex if you have any) that you’re having a great time without them.

So here I am wishing all of you a Happy Valentines Day. Remember, being Single on Valentines Day is no different than any other day of your life. Let's cherish this day!
