Based on Wikipedia the influencing means capacity or power of person or things to be a compelling force on or produce effects on the action, behavior, opinion and etc of other.
Influence are not easy because we need the people to trust us. To have all kind of this, we must show a good perspective as we can make other to believe on us.Why this is important? This is because in doing this the routine of what we want to influence are being attractive to people to adapt in their live.

1.Create Relationship

4.Be Relaxed
A relaxed and natural demeanour is more likely to archieve a successful outcome rather than an emotional or demanding approach. Demonstrating a natural confidence will help to persuade others that your ideas are good.
5.Spend your time
Influencing isn’t a quick fix.It can take time to develop empathise and awareness but you are more likely to get what you want if you play a long game.Do a campaign,propaganda to attract more people in what you are trying to do.
